Our nomination largely stems from our successful regeneration of the Hawkins Factory, a landmark Grade II listed building with deep historical roots in the Northamptonshire community. Once a symbol of local industry, this factory had fallen into disrepair, but our team’s vision was to breathe new life into it, not only restoring its structural integrity but also preserving its historical significance.
The Hawkins Factory now stands as a shining example of what can be achieved through pro-active regeneration, giving this iconic space a new lease of life. By transforming the site into a vibrant community hub, we’ve created a place where new memories can be made, blending the richness of the past with the potential of the future.

Looking Ahead: The Globe Leathers Works Project
As we celebrate this exciting recognition, we’re also looking ahead to our next major project: the transformation of the Globe Leathers Works, another Grade II listed property. Set to be unveiled in December 2024, this development will introduce 39 beautifully restored apartments, continuing our mission of blending heritage preservation with modern living.
We look forward to unveiling this project to the public and further contributing to the revitalization of Northamptonshire’s architectural heritage.
