A typical day on site for me can be anything from managing and organising trade workers to customer care and prompt problem resolution to meet deadlines.

During my time at the company I have made huge developments and gained great experience in management and delegation. Soon after starting on my new site I was selected to manage the back end of the building process and co-ordinate trade workers and materials to meet customer expectations and the build programme.

One of the greatest parts of working within the company is the opportunity to be pro-active and play a defining role in our build processes.

OEH Group provides excellent health and safety culture and I am impressed by the frequency of team building events.
